Member Experience Rep Lead (Senior Teller/Supervisor) - (Mundelein, IL)

What you'll do in this role: As a Senior Teller, which we affectionately call a Member Background Representative Lead , you'll be the right hand to our Assistant Branch Manager (AMXM)! You won't just assist our members with their transactions - You'll learn and develop leadership skills! You'll get to train/teach the Teller Team to be experts, provide excellent member service, and consistently meet CCU's expectations. (Or exceeds because you're probably an overachiever!) This work includes: Providing coaching and feedback to Tellers, coordinating activities/schedules, updating daily reports and logs, and processing all Member transactions including special services requests. (Because you'll be an expert!)
