Budget Analyst (Rochester, NY) Using knowledge of the hotel industry, practices & procedures, the Budget Analyst will be responsible for preparing & analyzing monthly hotel budgets & accounting reports to review & maintain expenditure controls. Utilize highly specialized accounting programs & computer systems to maintain & control efficiency of operations. Perform cost benefit analysis to compare operating programs, review financial requests & explore alternative financing methods to increase hotel operating profits. Research hotel markets statistical data in competitive areas to determine feasibility of new operations & potential completion & track national sales trends in hotel pricing.
