Position description Logistics and Sustainment Engineering (LSE) Lead for Lower Tier IAMD program responsible for all elements of Sustainment Ground Support Equipment Depot Operations. Position is responsible for the technical excellence of products and services and to ensure the LSE team achieves all program milestones on time and within budget. Position is responsible for providing program support for proposals and new business initiatives. Ensures technical integrity of the functional products through sustainment program phase. Plans, organizes, develops, and integrates program assigned functional efforts. Implements functional processes, methods, and practices on assigned program Participates in qualifications development for Logistics and Sustainment Engineering (LSE) scope of work. Participates in technical and programmatic reviews and meetings. Interfaces with customer and program office for area of responsibility
