JOB SUMMARY: Serves as the highest level subject matter expert. Leads enterprise-wide project teams, functions, and activities associated with the operation, control, development and monitoring of enterprise digital capabilities supporting sales, service and relationship management. Supports and assists in leading Long or Near Term Planning team responsible for executing on the strategic vision and direction. Responsible for major digital initiatives across Tier one Programs, Buy/Shop, Service/Claims and Mobile. This individual will partner with User Background, internal/external vendors and business partners on executing the plan and transitioning the work for build and implementation. Collaborates with senior business leaders, large project teams, senior IT leaders, etc.
