MANAGER OUTPATIENT PHARMACY SERVICES - SPECIALTY PHARMACY JOBSUMMARY: Responsible for the management of the specialty pharmacy practice sites including supervision of clinical and non-clinical staff. MIN REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D plus two years retail and or specialty pharmacy managerial background requiredPennsylvania registration in Pharmacy or eligibility required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Excellent organizational and communication abilities required.Must be committed to providing and ensuring outstanding customer service skills.Must be able to make sound decisions while acknowledging departmental and institutional resources available to help make these decisions.Must foster good working relationships with external customers and must be committed to ongoing self-development If chosen for this position, you may be required to pass a Post Offer Employment Physical Exam in accordance with the measurements listed in the Work Task Analysis (WTA) report.
