CAI is looking for a Data Center Operator in the Hershey, pa area. This is a part-time, Sat and Sunday from Noon to Midnight. Information below Managed Service Resource to Monitor existing Batch Schedules through BMC Control-M (Tier one Service) Fulfill scheduling requests in Control-M via ticketing system requests Background working in an SLA environment Raised floor (Data Center) hardware installation decommissions On-site vendor coordination (accompanies outside vendors into Data Centerassists) OutageMaintenance organizational skills to work independent, set appropriate work prioritysequence, and adhere to all systems and building security qualifications. Batch scheduling (preference for BMC Control-M Has worked with ticketing systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Understands SLA qualifications Data Center Operations for hardware installationdecommission Expertise to hostliasion with outside vendors Perform outagemaintnenance support as required
