Rite-Solutions, Inc., a growing and innovative CMMI Level three software and systems engineering company, is seeking skilled and motivated Technical Trainer in Middletown, RI to support the development, configuration, and sustainment of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation using Salesforce. The Technical Trainer position detailed here is for work currently being bid. Should the contract be awarded, we will be hiring for the type of future employee described below. Position details This job requires a Technical Trainer with strong training, documentation, and HR/CRM background to provide train-the trainer support for Navy recruiting, HR and personnel evaluation systems. Tasks include development of training plans and training materials, creation and review of technical documentation, conduct of train-the-trainer sessions, perform front-end analysis, training assessments and evaluation.
