Weatherby & Associates, LLC is seeking a Contract Litigation Associate Attorney to assist on a short-term project in its' Bloomfield, Connecticutoffice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with litigation background who is interested in a short-term part-time contract position to gain background in complex litigation and arbitration practice. The perfect candidate should be dependable, organized and motivated to participate in all phases of litigation who can work on their own, remotely and with counsel with in excess of thirty years litigation background. Requirements: · JD from an accredited law school · Admitted to practice in Connecticut/ New York or Massachusetts · 2-4yrs of litigation background · Defense background in 1 or more (preferred) of the following areas: shareholder rights, small business and family relationships litigation
