Role Production Support Analyst (SQL) Location Fishers, IN Duration 6+ Months Position overview Qualifications Moderate knowledge of SQL for querying a Microsoft SQL database Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or newer Moderate knowledge of Microsoft office suite Products Suite (at least Microsoft word, Ms excel, Outlook) Be able to learn the typical application concepts and become familiar with designated business unit and their business processes. Be able to write the Workflow using SQL and XML based on business rules. Be able to grasp the concepts of multi-application and system interdependencies. Troubleshoot the SAP workflow errors and interface issues. Preferred abilities Networking certification preferred Understanding of XML language Background working with Android based mobile devices Background with .Net applications, BizTalk, or SAP is preferred. Background with ITIL Service Management tool preferred.
