Join Cerebral Staffing as a full time for a two year contract as a Returnable Container/ Shipping Coordinator on-site at John Deere Waterloo, IA. Duties: Provides analyses, interpretation and documentation of container processes and details. Identifies gaps and recommends solutions for continuous improvement. Improves part delivery methods and documentation. Recommends process changes and/or improvements to ensure higher safety, better quality, Supports daily returnable container activities, selects providers and negotiates contracts on the repair, cleaning, etc. of containers. Supports projects e.g. about the current production and new product part containerization and handling or the solution of complex container problems. Supervises and/or gives work direction to shipping department personnel related to packaging, loading of products, receipt and stocking of materials.
