AribaSRM Procurement Specialist White Plains, NY Duration six months Pay level 45hr w2 all inclusive Functions and Responsibilities The position will assist in managing NYS ISO 55000 and EEO 177 qualifications. This position will also assist SRM staff in Ariba vendor onboarding initiatives Support and administer all Ariba processes Support Onboarding and integration of vendors in to Ariba Provide technical support to Ariba vendors Assist in supplier details performance management (SIPM) module, including Ariba Vendor vetting qualifications and development and management of dashboards and metrics Support COE in Ariba RFP processing Facilitate management of supplier relations Mediate and triage issues regarding Ariba supplier onboarding Skills Proficiency using Ariba required, SIPM and SAP background strongly preferred. Should have proficiency in Microsoft office Suite Good technical, analytical and management skills strongly preferred Quick learner, flexible, results driven and able to multi-task.
