Director of Franchise Operations (DC Market) This is an extremely exciting ground floor opportunity for an ambitious Director of Restaurant Operations DC Market. We are targeting an experienced multi-unit operator with a proven work history of concept expansion and new unit openings. Applicants are required to have a strong training background, this will be a dual role in the early stages of growth. Backgrounds with franchise models and concepts will be a plus. Applicants that have a strong culinary background in their career history will have a significant advantage in this role. This is a proven concept poised for expansion into the DC area with the 1st location under way and strategic growth plans throughout DC and N-VA. Ideal applicants will have a background in the fast casual segment or some full service concepts will be considered.
