You must be willing to: ? Participate in the preparation of annual production/warehouse operating budgets/site capital budgets based on sales forecasts ? Participate in development of short/longterm plant operating plans/schedules/resource qualifications/equipment selections/policy developments ? Instruct/train/counsel subordinates in matters relating to new/existing plant processes/procedures ? Participate in various meetings concerning union grievances/arbitrations/labor contract/negotiations ? Work with vendors regarding quality/costs of raw materials/supplies ?
