Mechanical Assembler - (Bridgewater, MA)

Contract manufacturing company that produces and sells high-quality industrial, electromechanical products to the paper and film industries is looking for Mechanical Assemblers. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity working Monday through Friday; 7:00AM-3:30PM. Depending on background paying $18+/HR. Position duties: Assemble core chucks and shaft assemblies using a variety of hand tools and impact wrenches Must be able to work from blue prints and design drawings Sandblast or sand various parts Expertise to inspect parts for flaws or imperfections Expertise to use hand tools Qualifications : High-school certificate or GED Knowledge of tooling and equipment Expertise to read blue prints and measure Expertise to lift up to 50 pounds. Expertise to stand for entire shift
