job summary: A Northern California Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a Property Administrator. Job summary Accounting/Financial: - Manage Workspeed service requests and communicate with engineers to ensure they are responded to in a timely manner - Maintain certificate of insurance files for tenants and vendors - Strong Microsoft excel skills with some basic accounting background - Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable weekly and prepare aged receivables report twice monthly - Maintain parking lot ratio spreadsheet annually - Update Energy Star profile for all properties quarterly - Answer phones and perform reception functions as needed - Ensure that discrepancies in billings are resolved in timely manner and research vendor/payables history when needed - Liaise between tenants/vendors/brokers and property manager and provide access to vacant premises or mechanical/electrical rooms as necessary
