Description DSHS Classification and Compensation Consultant – Human Resource Consultant two Are you a human resource professional who thrives in providing consultation regarding Classification and Compensation? Are you organized, detailed-oriented, and able to foster great partnerships? We have an opportunity for a DSHS employee to join our Classification and Compensation Unit (CCU) in a temporary role where you'll serve as the 1st point of contact regarding classification and compensation related inquiries from program managers and staff. Here is some of what you will be doing: Review each request for position overview completeness; request missing info, and forward to Classification Specialists for action. Make allocation determinations on assigned classifications. Provide technical consultation on classification/personnel issues concerning allocations/reallocations, position establishment, and updates.
