Senior Training Specialist (ECM) - (Tempe, AZ)

Scope of Services Produces training that can be used just in time throughout the enterprise. Ideally, has past background implementing Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Our employee readiness (skill and competency) will be the test of the training quality. The Training Developer must be comfortable taking responsibility for meeting competency goals not just producing training products. This includes having background in the creation of desk procedures, job aides, and e-learning. The expertise to work well with Subject Matter Experts and to motivate training teammates is critical. Develops feedback surveys Develops and Delivers training material and assessments that focus on meeting defined learning objectives Uses effective facilitation skills, enabling efficient delivery and an environment conducive to learning Occasionally works with partners to ensure feedback is incorporated into future training offerings.
