Come Join Our Team Life By Design, Inc. is looking for highly motivated Direct Support Professionals, interested in supporting persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes (we do not have group homes or overnights), to increase several areas of independent living skills. The ideal candidate will be engaging, creative, and posses a drive to teach, while working with a team in developing ongoing independent living skills and growth within the community. We provide person centered services that support persons served to live in their home and be active in their community. Background with intellectual disabilities and or mental health is helpful; but life background may be just as important.
