Recruiter Coordinator - (Schaumburg, IL)

We are currently seeking a Recruiter for our Schaumburg, IL office. This person will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of applicants through direct sourcing, networking, internet mining, and candidate tracking tools, social media and our proprietary logarithmic software. They will interpret the clientrsquos recruiting strategy, identify, develop, and execute recruiting plans to meet our clientrsquos hiring needs. An ideal applicant possesses a positive attitude, is energetic, focused, driven, and takes pride in their attention to detail. They are also not afraid to pick up the phone to make things happen.
