Position summary Overview 1st Data Government Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer to support the production of project deliverables within the Government Professional Services team. The perfect applicant will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, interacting with various levels within organization, writing original content and editing content from SMEs. Knowledge of IT system transformation and modernization services supporting state and local government agencies highly preferred. Position assignments Determines appropriate concepts by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; Attending meetings; Studying requests for proposal and deliverable qualifications o Attending strategy meetings. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
