Technical Lead - (Madison, WI)

Our client, a leader in Financial Services, has an immediate need for a Technical Lead. This is a DIRECT HIRE, PERMANENT job, NOT a contract. Applicants MUST be able to work in the U.S. WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP, now and IN FUTURE. This job is located in Madison, WI. Relocation benefits IS available for applicants who are qualified not local to Madison. In this role you will lead a team of Software Developers working on web-based applications in the .NET technology stack. Previous background as a Technical Lead is highly preferred. Responsibilities Lead qualifications gathering sessions with business stakeholders and then design sessions to translate qualifications into technical specifications. Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, including scoping. Assign tasks to teammates. Work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Qualifications Bachelors Degree is REQUIRED. Degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc preferred.
