Responsibilities: Lead and manage the acquisition of IT hardware, software licenses, cloud solutions, professional services and managed services. Prepare formal invitations for bids and requests for quotations including required special terms and conditions, performance and technical criteria. Negotiate with vendors on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time. Check invoices for accuracy. Resolve discrepancies and invoice issues. Maintain hardware and software data on assets from acquisition to disposal. This includes purchasing, usage tracking, harvesting and retirement records for IT related assets across the enterprise. Maintain updating of licensing and entitlement details to ensure compliance. Ensure licensing and entitlements are current for all Buckle hardware, applications and services.
