Information: The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides direct and indirect care services primarily delivered on a visiting and intermittent basis in the client's home and in accordance with policies and procedures of the Home Health Agency. Assesses ,plans, implements, evaluates, and educates clients of ages that pertain to their job qualifications (which may include adolescent, adult and geriatric ) to ensure safe, effective , appropriate clinical client care. Monitors workplace environment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Information: Education-ADN RN license in Texas or Compact license with Multi-State privilege Required - one year RN background, BLS Must have clear DMV record
