As a Product Manager Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of a nationwide customer background transformation. This includes modernization of IT solutions, systems, web and mobile applications. This person (also called Discovery Coach or OKR coach ndash Objective and Key Results) will work together with teams from a consultative stance. The PMC will introduce teams to the concepts and practices of continuous discovery and research, problem prioritization and lean testing and help teams implement best practices that will fully ensure they understand customer problems and needs before ever writing the 1st line of code.
