bull We are looking for an Agile Team Coach to use Agile approaches and participate in assisting teams who are trying to become Agile. bull Experienced Scrum Certified Team Coach to help lead a Scaled Agile Transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) bull Help start up a successful Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Position duties (Day to Day Activities of the Role) bull Spend time with the team team leadership to understand their needs, problems, and wants bull Devise a strategy to help transform the team to Agile or enhance the team's performance bull Train the team on Agile concepts bull Help the team set up tooling to track their work bull Support the team as they go through their Agile transformation bull For all of the above, early in the activitiesprocess
