Manager of Research & Development Technical Services Description Responsible for the overall management of the Technical Services team. Responsible for guiding, coaching, and leading the Technical Services teammates to continuously improve our products and processes and to introduce and implement new ingredients and technologies. Responsible for establishing, prioritizing, and ensuring the execution of Technical Services, departmental, and organizational goals and objectives. Responsible for strategic planning, asset allocation, and coordinating Technical Services efforts with our customers. Analyzes recommendations from staff, plant personnel, corporate groups, and customers and selects products and processes needing improvement. Provides technical ability expertise to modify and improve formulation. Understands WDI formulations and manufacturing processes along with the ability to train others. Stays current on technology advancements for application at WDI.
