VP of Marketing & Innovation - (York, PA)

Our client is a global food manufacturing industry innovator, with headquarters based in York, Pennsylvania. We have been retained to find a talented Vice President of Marketing & Innovation! This role will be a key member of the Senior Leadership team overseeing Marketing, Product Development and Product Project Management functions to support sales. This person will also oversee the corporate Outlet Store Operations. This role will develop, implement and monitor brand strategies to achieve annual objectives and create pathways for long term growth. They will participate in the development of annual business plans and establish strategies and initiatives to achieve company sales and profit objectives. This role reports to the COO. Responsibilities: Plan, organize and direct the activities of the Marketing organization, the Director of Product Project Management and the Director of Product Development.
