Unified Communications Project Manager - (Hartford, CT)

The Unified Communications Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all project phases to deliver a Unified Collaboration platform within client. This will include building and managing project teams, reporting status to business stakeholders, and ensuring the project remains on track. In this role, you will work with key stakeholders across the company to plan and implement the Unified Communications (UC) deployment project on time, within budget, and exceed user expectations. Responsibilities Partner with business sponsors to define success criteria. Define and create project plan, to deploy a full UC suite, including voice services. Facilitate operational checkpoint activities throughout the project life cycle. Identify, evaluate and resolve high priority project risks. bull Provide weekly and monthly status updates to the project delivery, governance, and executive teams. Build, lead, and coach project teammates throughout project life cycle.
