Background leading successful software implementation and data migrations projects ndash 5+yrs. Background establishing and leading stakeholder committees background working with federal stakeholders a plus Expertise to manage large project teams Expertise to coordinate with internal and external parties to collect data and meet qualifications Expertise to navigate political issues with the project Able to manage project risks Expertise to track and prepare reports on project risks, both verbally and in writing Strong planning skills able to pull together training materials and organization management Strong verbal and written correspondence abilities Deadline oriented.
