PART TIME MAINTENANCE HELP WANTED Stromsburg Housing Authority 20-25 hours per week. Duties Include But Not Limited To Grounds Maintenance including, snow removal, lawn care. Monthly preventative maintenance. General maintenance of housing units Prepare vacant units for new tenants Maintain commons area and laundry machines Unlock and lock community building daily. Must be willing to cooperate, be considerate and understanding of the tenants living at the Housing Authority.
