Compliance Training Consultant - (Charlotte, NC)

In addition to formal training, on-the-job training occurs as we assign our consultants to projects and devote our Research personnel to research initiatives. Our goal is to continuously broaden and deepen each individual's knowledge and background. Job overview: The individual selected for this position will be responsible for delivery, implementation and evaluation of high quality and cross functional learning programs that meet the learning needs of teammates, leaders and cross functional partners. Learning programs to be delivered include but not limited to QSRs, New Team player Orientation, Ethics, Presentation Skills, Leadership Development learning programs and other creative learning as determined by the organization.
