Food Service Generalist- Lavarnway - (Milwaukee, WI)

Job description: Responsible for food services, as well as, planning, organizing, and implementing programs/activities for members. Provides leadership, supervision, and development of daily activities. Provides direct service to members. Job duties: Prepares clubroom and kitchen for food program which includes setting up tables, making sure there are adequate garbage cans and preparing serving area. Cleans clubroom and kitchen when food program is completed. Sweeps floor and mops when necessary. Takes garbage to the dumpster. Cleans utensils and pans from the caterer. Works cooperatively with all staff to assure quality activities and programs are promotes and supervised for youth programs, to include but not limited to arts & crafts, field trips, game room, health, goal-setting activities, and physical education. Supervises the care and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and materials. Records and maintains accurate data of members served daily. Sends data reports as required by food service provider.
