Utility Plant Operations Shift Supervisor - (Lincoln, NE)

UTILITY PLANT OPERATIONS SHIFT SUPERVISOR University of Nebraska-Lincoln Provide leadership for operations staff assigned to the designated shift. Lead the overall operation of utility plant equipment including chillers, boilers, thermal energy storage systems and other aux systems during the assigned shift. This includes the production and distribution of utilities along with the maintenance of these systems within all supported properties. This is accomplished through staff and skilled operators assigned to the operation. Review work performance of shift operators. In conjunction with leadership team, develop and implement ideas to optimize equipment operations. Develop long range plans for upgrading mechanical and electrical equipment. Develop, document, and administer the in-house commissioning of new equipment and retro-commissioning of existing equipment.
