They will oversee the production process for the manufacture of industrial or commercial products by performing the following duties: Manage workflow in and outside of the production department Monitor, control and find ways to reduce waste Process and coordinate incoming materials, in-process assembly and finished goods to insure they meet quality requirements. Production, planning activities: maximizing efficiency of each machine, tool and human resource. Manage quality program, procedures, and work instructions Train and assist production staff with question to ensure production quotas are met
