Production Supervisor (65-75K) We have multiple Production Supervisor roles available with a high tech manufacturer located in Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities: Coordinating the activities and schedules of production associates Lead and develop production teams to achieve quality, performance and output goals Provide training, procedure and policy documentation, and assistance to production associates Responsible for tracking employees attendance, discipline, and training activities Maintaining a safe and cost effective workplace environment Foster an atmosphere where the team can engage in cross-shift and interdepartmental communications Education and Background: A min of a HS Diploma and 3+ years of supervisory background within a manufacturing environment Familiar with Electronics Manufacturing, PCB, RF devices preferred Strong interpersonal communication and PC skills required For immediate consideration, submit your resume to XXXX@cpsrecruiter.com
