VP of Commercial Banking - (Mankato, MN)

POSITION DETAILS: The VP Commercial Banking position is responsible for making a valuable contribution to the bank's commercial lending sales and Business development. Focuses on building relationships and sourcing new business to ensure these opportunities are pursued appropriately. By working in conjunction with our lending team, this position will source new business, manage & retain their existing clients, utilize strong credit skills, and gather details to identify and propose solutions to clients. Coordinate with staff in attaining established Bank goals through active participation in sales management , actively participates in social and community events that promote the Bank in the market and provides leadership, training and support to loan officers, credit analysts and other loan processing and support staff, and treasury management staff members.
