Role - Instructional Designer Curriculum Developer Location Detroit, MI Duration one + year Summary Responsible for developing and conducting formalized training programs for both clinical and non-clinical Care Management staff including details for new hires and for ongoing development of existing staff. Principle Duties and Responsibilities - Write, edit, and coordinate development of course catalogs in conjunction with leadership to consist of ongoing training opportunities within Care Management - Regularly assess and analyze training needs, identify gaps and recommend solutions from internal and external sources (must be knowledgeable of external training sources) - Use knowledge of external training resources to provide opportunities for ongoing training and development.
