Job DescriptionCalumet City Plumbing Company is searching for a successful and highly motivated person to join our Project Manager Team. In this role, the Sewer and Water Project Manager will work to expand our value added business with municipalities, commercial and industrial projects, therefore, background and knowledge in the above areas are required.Responsibilities:· Coordinate entire scope of project work to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to the customer’s satisfaction.· Read/analyze blueprints, estimate project design, construction schedules and pricing (labor, material and equipment) as well as examine and forecast additional project costs.· Responsible for managing and directing the project team by providing the communication, coordination and follow-up necessary to meet the project goals and objectives.· Monitors budget progress with project milestones and takes all action necessary to keep project on track
