CRM Technical Project Manager - (Manchester, CT)

iSoftStone North America is looking for a CRM Technical Project Manager join our team in Manchester, CT! Critical responsibilities Partner with suppliers to lead solution discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit business and functional qualifications. Take ownership for business and functional qualifications from creation through solution delivery. Analyze current-state business processes and recommend future-state improved business processes. Serve as the point of contact during Design and Development, working through data and design questionsissues as they arise. Partner with Project Manager and provide input regarding risks, schedule, scope, and cost tradeoffs. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and createmanage execution of test plans. Communicate business needs to the technical team and simplifycommunicate complex technical details for the business stakeholders. Translate business qualifications into System Specifications and assist with QAT and Integration Testing.
