GENERAL RESPONSIBLITIES Has complete responsibility and accountability for assigned projects Manages scope by identifying all tasks and using change control procedures Manages time and tracksacts upon schedule variances Manages cost via responsible estimating techniques, budgeting processes, and trackingacting upon cost variances Manages human resources by managing conflict, motivating matrixed resources, team building, and providing feedback on performance Manages risk by identifying potential risk events and planning accordingly Monitors product quality against standard quality metrics, and takes corrective action as needed Manages contracts by understanding and following contractprocurement processes, resolving disputes, and demanding performance Manages communication and expectations both inside and outside the project team
