Machine Operator - $19.85 - $21.54 Description: We are now hiring Machine Operators on our Night shift. Approximate shift start times are between 2:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. with normal shift lengths of 10-12 hours. Normal work week is Sunday - Thursday with frequent Friday and Saturday work. Will not fluctuate from Nights to Days! We are looking for candidates experienced in production work who are motivated to lead, partner, and work with a team to make our industry leading ice cream based products. Primary assignments include: Performing specific tasks as part of the efficient operations of an ice cream production line. Ensuring teammates consistently perform duties in accordance with documented processes and procedures. Provides effective and respectful direction and coaching to other teammates and fills in for line operator when necessary. Promotes completing work duties in a manner that emphasizes safety and quality and minimizes waste.
