Dispatch Associate I - (Phoenix, AZ)

Dispatches service calls to authorized contractors by answering incoming calls and making outbound calls, interpreting contracts and taking appropriate action. Hours for this position: 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. M-F and every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Responsibilities - Answers inbound service and dispatch calls and provides necessary follow-up. - Computer literacy - Multi-tasking - Customer service background and/or training preferred - Dispatches work orders from the dispatch queue following established guidelines. - Adapt to a fast-paced environment Disclaimer - Makes outbound calls to locate authorized contractors. - Interprets contracts for all callers. - Attention to detail - High-school degree or general education degree (GED) required - Generates work orders using applicable software.
