DINING ROOM COORDINATOR Laurel Lake is a beautiful retirement community nestled on 150 acres in historical Hudson. Our values-driven organization is looking for a Dining Room Coordinator who will share our values of Compassion, Respect, Excellence, and Service and will exhibit these values in their position. The perfect applicant will oversee our Dining Rooms and assist in the direction and supervision of service staff, assist in catered events and special functions, scheduling, payroll and the development of new dining staff members. We have a Full time, exempt position (working 40 hours per week) with a variable schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. This position mandates at least 2 years of previous management experience.Must be computer literate and familiar with the Microsoft package, have the expertise to multi-task and have great communication expertise.
