Catering Chef - (Austin, TX)

We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our team. We have Multiple positions available: (listed in order of necessity) AM Catering Chef- Come in at 6:30am to execute Lunch party ranging from 200-500 people on site. Return to the kitchen around 1:30pm and prep. Shift will be 6:30am-4:00pm depending on necessity. PM Catering Chef- Arrive at 10:00AM prep and load dinner party for 30-60 people on site at 5:15PM Return to kitchen. Shift 10:00AM-6:30PM Prep Cook/Catering Chef-Arrive at 10:00AM and prep for the week with the possibility to take cater out. Shifts range from 10:00AM-4:PM, 10:00AM-9:00PM Skills needed for all positions: -Positive Attitude -Expertise to scratch cook with or without using a recipe -Well rounded knowledge of different cuisines and dishes and the expertise to create a menu -Advanced knife skills -At least 1 yr of background in the Catering field -Food handler Certified -Reliable transportation -Expertise to lift over 50 pound
