Sansei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar is hiring looking for up and coming sushi chef's to add to our team. We are looking for energetic, professional, and hard-working teammates with open availability. QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUSHI CHEF two years recent background Knowledge of sushi bar prep e.g. making sushi rice, rolling maki, and prepping ingredients Good knife handling skills to make katsuramuki and debone/filet fish Strong work ethic and commitment towards quality guest service Current WA State Food Handlers Permit Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar is located in downtown Seattle next to the Paramount Theater. Sansei is a successful family of contemporary sushi restaurants based out of Hawaii, twenty years strong, with a loyal customer base of islanders and visitors. We strive to create the best dining background through a menu influenced by the myriad of cultures in Hawaii, dedicated staff, and most importantly, aloha.
