Position ServiceNow System Administrator Location Exton, PA Duration four months RTH Interview Phone + Skype RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the system and its processes. Provides training to users Responsible for access control, security, minor enhancements such as form or workflow editing, and UATRegression testing of any development efforts Working with lists and forms to editupdate and review Adding users, groups, and roles Identify best practices related to task management Configure notifications Manage data with tables, the configuration management database (CMDB), and import sets Run basic reports Protect ServiceNow data Create workflow activities and approvals Implement Service Level Agreements Identify various available script types Clone instances, as well as create baseline performance metrics Capture and move configurations and update sets between instances
