A Paralegal II performs tasks for qui tam and civil corporate fraud cases in support of Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs). -- The Paralegal II will be expected to: Review a variety of both civil and criminal case documents and files to become familiar with the pertinent material. Identify, research, and analyze important facts and legal issues. Establish and maintain an effective system of compiling, indexing, organizing, and analyzing large document productions and other records (both electronic and paper) obtained from outside sources.
