Paralegal We are a well-established, general practice firm in Central Minnesota seeking a reliable and proactive paralegal. The position will work directly with attorneys and staff in the preparation and handling of cases, including litigation. Duties include, but are not limited to, fact-finding projects, research, brief/memo writing, transcription, discovery preparation and response, client interaction, file organization, maintaining calendars, electronic service/filing, trial preparation, trial attendance, and additional routine office tasks, as needed. A four-year college diploma, paralegal certificate, or the equivalent desired, but will train the right person.-- Salary commensurate with background.
