Rapidly expanding, full-service residential real estate brokerage in South Orange County is seeking an experienced Real Estate Office Manager with extensive knowledge of the real estate industry to coach and manage their team of brokers/agents and oversee the growth of the office. Responsibilities: --- Primary assignments include: The perfect applicant plays an active role training, coaching, recruiting and on-boarding of new agents. You will maintain, build, and expand your database of prospects. --- Coaching and motivating agents to improve performance --- Being accessible to agents on a daily basis to provide support --- Creating and maintaining a successful plan for the retention of all agents --- Networking, communicating, and advertising via social media platform --- Outbound and inbound agent recruiting efforts both cold and warm --- Identifying and qualifying agents at other companies --- Interviewing and recruiting experienced agents
