Procurement/ Inventory/ Project Manager - (Carpinteria, CA)

Please note that this is a 10-twelve month contract position. The project accounting support role has the unique responsibility to support Project Managers in the Companion Diagnostic division with the following tasks. Kit Management Prepare purchase orders using ARIBA for kit requests and coordinate with Shipping to ensure accurate documentation and selection of inventory using FIFO. Maintain Inventory Spreadsheet using Microsoft excel. Track shipment and communicate to appropriate parties as necessary. Prepare Kit Invoices. Maintain Kit Forecasting spreadsheet. Support invoicing process through preparation of invoice requests, review, tracking and communicating with customer service to achieve revenue targets and cash flow expectations. Manage assay production forecasts for clinical trials andor internal development activities. Work with Project Managers to ensure 100 of eligible pass through revenue is billed Preparation of spreadsheets to identify billable items. Classification of these items.
